Looks to be a great show, best of luck!
Let me first introduce myself. My name is Jason Nickens and I am an artist/illustrator/designer located in Washington, DC. Due to the lack of recognition of artists for just the love and passion they have for their work(most publications only cater to artists who have huge client lists), I decided to create a magazine to fill that void.
I have uploaded a leak of the magazine to give people a view of the publication before its printed.
Here is the link http://issuu.com/stampmagazine/docs/stampmagazine-0.
Take a second to view it and lend me your thoughts. I would love to possibly to have this featured on your blog to attract more viewers and make artists more aware of this opportunity. If you like the idea and its aesthetics please feel free to follow the blog and encourage others to do the same. We need something like this for all artists who simply love what they do. I have received a lot of positive feedback.
Congratulations to these emerging artists. What a great way to celebrate local talent.
