Evie Altman at Artomatic

Evie Altman is a local artist from Bethesda Maryland. Her primary focus is 2-D visual arts, but she’s been exploring into the world of digital art as well: she incorporates an interactive design into the Artomatic piece. In an exploratory effort, she rode on various Metro cars, snapping photos of various individuals listening to music. She then interviewed her photography subjects as to what sort of music they were listening to. In her interactive display, visitors may also explore Altman’s human subjects and their various interests.  Her exhibit at Artomatic is a must-see for locals and visitors alike.
