City Arts to Unveil H Street Mural

Join us for the unveiling of the latest mural by 2010 Grantee City Arts!

A public mural dedication ceremony for the newly completed H Street Mural (1010 H Street, NE) will take place

Saturday, November 21 at 3 pm.

A meet-and-greet with the artists will immediately follow at SOVA, 1359 H Street, NE, with 20% of all food and drink purchases supporting City Arts.


Founded in 1997, City Arts has created over  twenty murals and mosaics, beautifying neighborhoods and introducing thousands of people to the diversity and history of our nation’s capital. These projects are created by local, inner-city youth under the direction of  founder G. Byron Peck and his team of professional artists. Learn more.

City Arts is included in the 2008-2009 Greater Washington’s Catalogue for Philanthropy, which recognizes the best in small charities in the DC Metropolitan area.
