National Cherry Blossom Festival applicants

Attention Performing Artists:

The National Cherry Blossom Festival is searching for artists to perform at the Sylvan Theater on the grounds of the Washington Monument, March 26-April 10!

The National Cherry Blossom Festival is an annual two-week event that celebrates springtime in Washington, DC as well as the 1912 gift of the cherry blossom trees and the enduring friendship between the people of the United States and Japan. Each year the Sylvan stage hosts performances featuring musicians and dancers from the local, national, and international performing arts communities. Apply tobecome a part of this thrilling, international festival!

Inclusion in the event is on a volunteer basis and applications are due January 15, 2011.
